We selected Pinnacle Window & Siding to replace all the windows and front door of our home. At our initial meeting Lee Fuller, the owner, gave us an in depth presentation of all the services and products his company offered. He thoroughly explained the process of replacing windows, type of windows available and gave us excellent suggestions on changing some windows. There was absolutely no pressure and Lee does not require payment upfront. Payment is due when the job is completed and you are satisfied. With Lee's knowledge and experience in the window business and his excellent presentation, we knew we had found the right company. All other quotes we received flew out the window. The installation couldn't have gone more smoothly. The installers, Steve and Jason, arrived early and stayed late. Their attention to detail and their attitude is something you do not see every day. Steve is a true craftsman, takes pride in his work and treats your home as if it was his own. Jason is about as hardworking guy as you will ever meet and he is an expert in window installation, not to mention re-hanging blinds and drapes. Their assistant Pop helped with the windows and did an excellent cleanup job. We could not be more satisfied with the new windows and front door. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Window & Siding. They stand behind their product and their work and are excellent in what they do.

I felt comfortable with Lee Fuller from the first consultation. After waiting a year, I contacted him again. Once again, he did not pressure, but took time to explain the benefits and contract terms. Fast forward to installation: all my windows were replaced in less than a work day according to schedule. My observant neighbors were impressed with the apparent competency of the team. I'm glad to have decent windows in my home, and to have done business with a company that has integrity.

Pinnacle was recommmended to me by a neighbor who replaced all windows on their first floor. I was very impressed by Lee Fuller, who gave me the estimate. He spent alot of time explaining things and answering all my questions. They were flexible on dates when they would do the installation. Even though they are willing to replace 1, 5, 10, etc. windows at a time, I decided to do my entire house. I had 29 windows replaced, including 3 really odd-shaped ones. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done, the installers were all very pleasant and efficient. They removed and replaced all curtains and blinds. I had to do almost nothing! Also, they had someone come out a week later and clean every window inside and out, for free! AND they did not expect any payment until they were done and I was satisified with the job. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Purchased 16 Softlite windows. Everything you could want in dealing with a company. Great price that didn't change after the work was done, with miscellaneous add-ons. Great responsiveness, helpful professional staff. Work was done in a timely fashion and they left the area as clean as when they arrived. I dinged a couple of pieces, they scheduled a time to come out and replace scratched parts, no problem.

Very pleased with Robert especially in the installation of our windows. He was so friendly and wonderful with my family. He was kind enough to point out a few other problems in our home that would have led to a lot of damage had they not been pointed out.

If Kudzu allowed reviewiers to give 6 stars I would. Their customer service is outstanding and their products are great. Pinnacle worked with me to find a convenient time for both of us to have my windows installed. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. And there was no mess to clean up after the installation. They replaced my blinds and curtains which I was not expecting. The price ended up being exactly what was quoted so there were no surprises. When they were putting in my kitchen window they broke my kitchen faucet. They paid for a new faucet and replacement by a plumber without my having to push them! Pinnacle is an owner operated company and they take customer service seriously. Everytime I called someone answered the phone - half the time it was Lee Fuller the owner. These days that means a lot. Oh and the windows have been great too - less street noise, no more drafts and I can clean them easily.

Lee Fuller is the #1 customer service man in the window replacement business. We had our Simonton windows installed 4 years ago and had a problem with one of the windows today. I called Pinnacle and did not have to wait for voice mail menus like all the other customer "no service" depts. we are so used to today. I made a call, a real person answered the phone, and my window was fixed by Lee himself same day! Thanks Lee Great Job!

We had Pinnacle replace 10 of the windows in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. From the initial meeting to the final product we were met with honest, courteous service and a great product. We can already feel a difference in the temperature in our house and the noise level has also been reduced. Pinnacle was also a great value as compared to the other 4 companies that gave us quotes.

They just completed an installation of 44 vinyl replacement windows and their service and workmanship were outstanding. They delivered on time and to spec with no noted issues. They cleaned up all debris when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again if the need arises.

I have worked with several contractors in our house and experienced the major upheaveals from renovations, etc. We had all windows replaced in our home, a new door put in and two windows removed and replaced with a siding door. Huge job. Lee, Robert, Eddie and the whole team were great. It was a big job but it was thoroughly done and was probably the most pleasant experience we have had making improvements to our home. I would recommend them again.

I have been selling building materials - windows specifically - for 14 years, and know a lot of people in the window business. When it came to doing my own home, I only made one call - to Lee Fuller of Pinnacle Window and Siding. Robert scheduled a date for the installation, showed up on time, and installed the windows PERFECTLY! I am thrilled with the results!

We had quotes from several vendors. All others were high pressure sign now or loss the quoted price. Lee showed us his products, explained them fully gave us a quote that did not expire in minutes and let me research and compare. When the installers came, you could not ask for more honest, hard working, and CLEAN installers! They were a joy to be around and really took care of my property and pets. Lee even sent out a window cleaner a week or so after the install!! We have had the windows for a year now and they are excellent. Lee knows his windows and with his low pressure sale you have time to make the right decision. Excellent Service, Integrity, and Quality are the words I would use to describe Pinnacle.

Lee and his team were great to work with and gave us a very competitive price. He did a great job at matching the new windows to some existing windows that we had replaced several years ago. The installers were courteous and clean (and very quick). The windows look great and have given our house a much needed update!

We interviewed 8 different companies for new windows in our home and knew right away that Pinnacle was the company we were going to use as their integrity & high standareds were evident from the first phone call. They were wonderful to work with and HONEST from start to finish. The windows are perfect and were installed by a master! Not one single problem and all questions were answered - even my kid's million questions about the installation process. Very impressed with service and mostly with our gorgeous new windows!

We looked around for windows and Lee treated us well, along with his entire team. Initially, we purchased a small number of windows and Lee worked with us to get only what was required, done. We now have come to the conclusion that we need to replace all our windows upstairs as builder's grade windows just don't last after 17 years. Lee took care of us, again, and we are very satisfied to give him our business. If you think you like working with Pinnacle the first time, try becoming a repeat customer...

After receiving several estimates on windows, I chose this company because the windows were a better quality than those on other estimates. The salesman took the time to explain and show the differences in the quality and styles of several types of windows. The installers were very neat and professional. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Over the last two years (front windows one year, back windows the next), Pinnacle has installed wonderful, energy efficient, easy to clean windows. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. I got a lot of quotes on replacement windows. I found Pinnacle on the BBB and Kudzu when doing research on the "other" companies. After all the glowing reviews, I had to give Lee Fuller a call to provide a quote. Not only did he beat the competition in price, but he quoted better windows. I got the Simonton Generation Windows. I was highly impressed with Pinnacles' (Lee & Robert) knowledge, products and professionalism. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your window replacement needs!
