It took me a couple of years to finally decide on replacement windows and a company to do the installation because I was very concerned about such a big investment. All windows and old trim were removed. New windows, trim, and caulk were installed. The work was done in sections. There was no damage to any existing surrounding structure or landscaping. The employees were extremely adept at all the aspects of installation including adding extra insulation around the new windows before trim or caulk was applied. At the end of every day the site and home was in great shape. The owner, Lee Fuller, was in charge of all aspects of this project and was easy to reach by phone anytime I wanted to check on arrival of doors, etc. I would highly recommend this company. We had several companies out for viewing their products and estimates. Pinnacle offered the best window for UV protection and heat/cold reflection of any company. They carry all lines of windows and price ranges. We chose the very best for us because I now don't have to cover my windows with blinds half of every day to protect my oriental rugs, draperies, and wood floors from fading and sun damage. We couldn't be more pleased. Our home is only 11 years old, but the builder had installed his own windows; these had significant rotting issues in many places. Now no more worry about that ever happening again, and the home is sealed so much better that I don't feel the cold sinking temperatures in the home at all. I needed eleven windows replaced of which seven of the windows were in very bad shape and joined each other. I had 3 vendors give me prices and sales presentations. The salesman from Pinnacle was very knowledgeable about his product, explained the process, answered my questions and concerns, and most importantly, he was not pushy. After I signed the contract, the person in charge of installation came to my home and remeasured every window to make sure there were no mistakes on the salesman's measurements. When the windows arrived an appointment was setup for the installation. The installation was very difficult because the old windows were rotten along with the supports. I sat through a 2 hour "estimate" with another company that ended in a buy right now and save routine. My husband said "we're done". I was worried they would all be that way. From the moment Lee showed up at our house with window samples, until the moment the installers left, we had an excellent experience; probably our best ever with a contractor. There were no negatives. Our windows had lost their seal and we needed new ones. Lee showed us several samples and put no pressure on us to buy the most expensive ones, or, indeed, any of them. We wound up choosing his best ones because of their build quality and potential noise-reducing and heat-blocking qualities. The difference in noise and heat transfer was immediately apparent and we're very happy with the new windows. We were also surprised by the low price. Pinnacle also brought and installed a new back door and it's now the only door we have that shuts solidly. The installers were very professional and got along well with our two dogs.
